Our Commitment
eProvider Solutions is committed to maintaining the privacy and security of our customers' information. Collecting the minimum information necessary to provide our services and using information only as authorized by our customers is foremost in every facet of our business. Personally identifiable information will not be shared at any time outside of our business relationship with a customer, except as allowed or required by state and federal law, court orders, and regulatory and accrediting bodies.
HIPAA
eProvider Solutions is a covered entity under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA). In the course of our day-to-day business operations, eProvider Solutions may receive data from our customers that contain protected health information (PHI). PHI is individually identifiable health information related to an individual's past, present or future health condition or to the provision, or payment for provision, of health care to the individual. HIPAA establishes regulatory requirements related to PHI.
It is the policy of eProvider Solutions to ensure the security and confidentiality of all data provided to it by contracted entities, and to abide by all contractual obligations, laws and regulations governing such actions. eProvider Solutions has developed policies, procedures and processes to ensure compliance. In addition, eProvider Solutions' contracts with our customers govern the use and disclosure of PHI. |
